These worthless unprofessional scumbag ripoff artists need to be put out of business for good! You screwed me bad today! I ordered a large SUV, was charged for it on my debit card, was showed that their driver would arrive in 6 minutes, and the driver never arrived! There is no way to get ahold of customer service as their number is a recording for gift cards that disconnects you! They didn't have the courtesy to even call or notify me with an apology! Zeo star's for these sobs! UNPROFESSIONAL

oooo you car in is 4 minutes.... oooo just 1 more minute... oooops it's been 10 minutes. Uber is awful, but at least it has more realistic wait times. I only use Lyft for the Delta Sky miles crossover, otherwise it's awful (and I always try to support the underdog)

Lyft app is 2x higher rate than Uber. I prefer Uber over lyft. Lyft owners failed to realize that money doesn't grow on trees. There's so greediness with lyft. Prices are ridiculous ridiculously higher.They suck more than half the money from drivers.

Lyft is basically stealing money, I was trying to get a ride with a gift card but it's not accepting for some reason I have bought a 25 dollar gift thought I could use but I can't now I that have money I can't spend and you can't even reach this people talk to about it I'm trying to log back in but it won't let me and I feel they deleted my profile and kept my money

The app is fine but getting a timely ride is ridiculous. I constantly cycle through drivers before someone manages to pick me up. I see them sitting or circling for minutes before they cancel or I finally do. Pay for priority pick up? Don't. If they don't arrive on time Lyft will credit your account some money but you still pay for the rest. Today they didn't even credit me for the missed priority. Let's fix it by being able to rate to a drivers if they "engage" you for a more than a minute or 2

prices have been raised to rediculus rates and after they deducted $25 from my benifit card they would not allow me to order a ride even when there was $25 on the lyft account
