Positive and negative side
I ordered an iPad, received it earlier than expected, and very much in line with the expectations and description of the site. On the other hand, I sent a Mac for resale, there is no customer service, it is impossible to enter your bank details (IBAN as well as BIC) without it being written "It seems that the information entered is invalid, please try again". When we send an email, they respond to us via files that are impossible to open and an inaccessible link. I really need to review the services of the application, I lost a Mac as well as money that never gave me back.

I feel scammed
I bought two mobiles and made a return by buying another one, because they picked up the returned one and they have not paid me the almost 600€ that it cost me, that is, they have not paid me the return, having the return tracking of the transport agency and everything, they have completely ignored, not assuming that I bought it through black Market I will continue to report the facts and the complaint as it goes forward.

Scammed me for $100
I used a discount that cash app gave me I bought a MacBook but after purchasing it they canceled my order they still charged me the rest and used my coupon which I can't use anymore thanks for noting back market for scamming me

Very disappointed
Bought a MacBook in July 2023 lasted about a month the screen went out a week before my son started college. I was offered $100 in compensation and MacBook was replaced. Now as far as the replacement in May 2024 it doesn't power up and now have to send in again no repairs done they only offered refund minus the extended warranty ($90 2yr extended warranty price)in which it didn't even make it to the 1 yr warranty they offer before extended warranty. The only compensation is the refund plus 5% off only about $35 but still out money and was on a budget now half to make new purchase and fork out more money for extended warranty for new purchase.

I wonder what millennium Backmarket lives in. I have several thousand euros in account coverage, payment clean at all levels, and not even necessary sufficient overdrafts. Without giving reasons, etc., the payment will be refused. Not from my bank, but despite cleanly executed and approved payment by Backmarket itself. Something like this here is a level for me, like saying, fax me a 200 DPI black and white picture, it doesn't matter if you are not recognized. Holding your face up to the camera is also documented, obvious, easily hackable nonsense. Systems that use Videoident ARE insecure and falsifiable. What kind of dubious place is that?
