After 3 hours waiting it simply disconnects. Apparently not sufficient doctors in BC to handle the demand??? Worked once after 2.5 hour wait, now failed twice after 3 hours waiting.

Horrible
I paid and had a consult with a man who did not appear to understand basic medicine, and did not assess me properly. He refused to give me a prescription, saying that he could not because of Maple's guidelines. I went to a busy emergency (which I trying to avoid) and after 6 hours they gave me antibiotics, saying that it was indicated under Health Canada guidelines and recommendations. I asked for a refund from Maple, and after a month o got a full stop NO response, and also I was told that the “good news” is that I did not sight up for automatic renewal. I am going to the Better Business Bureau. Honestly do not waste your money, they are just awful. Huge scam with questionable positive reviews.

Used to work with no problems, not anymore
This was an added company benefit to a place where I used to work so every time I use it it's free, and never encountered any problems using it. Fast forward to today, I'm no longer employed at that place and no longer have that free benefit, and the first time I used it, I got declined for my daughter's online consultation, saying I have to seek in person consultation. I don't buy it. I used this app before for the same reason and never had any problems and never declined me. Credit card is updated and so is the care card. Waste of time.

I was in queue for 2 hours then you guys logged me off my account for 'inactivity'. I lost my place in queue. I then logged back on, waited for a few more hours only to have my appointment be cancelled due to high volume. This has been an occurring problem for at least a year where Maple cannot handle the volume. Incompetent.

Just tried to register at my daughter's advise. Went fine I thought and was able to put my info in. As well as my symptoms. Then prompted me for credit card info, then message me can't help me!! Got my credit card now dropped me without and help whatsoever!! I better not be charged ! Thanks for nothing.

Everytime I sign in for me or my daughter, it won't let me talk to a doctor and always asks me to subscribe for evisit or pay yearly...I thought it was free....Guess not!

They can only assist with very minor issues. Can't answer most questions, charge a lot and are very slow to help. They sent me to the wrong specialist and it's taking weeks to correct. One specialist they sent me to it's been over a year nothing.. every time I chat with a doctor and ask questions they are like “I don't know go see a doctor..” like whatatttt????????

Every time I've tried to talk to a gp about anything they just cancel the consultation after reviewing my description, no explanation, no suggestions on what to do, or who to go see. Abysmal. Edit: That would be fine if one of your doctors even bothered to connect to recommend that, or even provide a written explanation of why they cancelled and what actions they recommend taking.
