Frustrating... doesn't allow me to enter an address as my starting location... doesn't recognize the address

Garbage. There is only one preset for "work," your favorites don't show the name of the favorite you gave them, if you start typing the name of a favorite the location doesn't even populate, customizing routes is non-existent, changing to/from is like pulling teeth, and your contact addresses don't even show up.

Does not work if I am not on Bluetooth on my radio. It no longer interrupts the radio program to give directions. This is since the last update .

It tried taking me back home rather than navigate me from the tollway! Then it kept telling me 2 take the west freeway when it meant the east! Cost me so much time!!!!!

Worst Maps App
Literally made me drive in circles for 15 mins. Trying to use this as a person in sales is good on the desktop, but the app is horrible. Can't adjust how much audio there is so I hope you don't like music. All over bad. I'll go back to Apple Maps.

Just like google maps algorithm sends people down back contry roads that are not quicker and often poor conditon and unsafe! Add option to prefer US and State highways!

Lousy UI
I have yet to use the app for travel, but probably won't get that far. Light green on white is hard to see. Improve readability, and I might use it. I need to be able to see it at a glance, not dig for a magnifying glass or reading glasses while driving.
