The print wasn't brilliant and the layout was a bit messy. Prefer either iPad or laptop.cant see everything fully to even complete this.

Never have stock in store
I am always disappointed that we can't buy items in store! I live 20 miles from a M&S. made 3 trips into store and advised the items would be in stock next week etc…. The latest visit again met with not available in store. Each assistant told me to buy online! This costs me extra for delivery charge or yet again more petrol. No wonder Stores are closing when all your staff are so quick to tell customers to buy online! Come on M&S you can see where this is leading all stores will close and it will become a online business only.

Sparks is terrible
Other than a free pastry and a free bag of apple I've not had any sparks offers since Christmas. Twice emailed to ask why not and no response. What is the benefit to me? Marks gets to data mine my info with nothing in return. The amount of times I shop there makes no sense when everyone else I know gets offers. I've checked ,y settings and yes I'm opted in.

Find it difficult to “search” for a particular colour trousers, had to type in trousers, jeans, cargo, cut offs in order to view all of them. Time consuming and frustrating

Very poor functionality - loading the sparks card just about works and with counter intuitive swiping it is possible to view some things. An example is needing to swipe down to get the new offers tab at the bottom of the page to come up. However it is almost impossible to scroll from one offer to another. I've managed it through sheer chance before now but have given up because the app just doesn't seem to respond to normal intuitive touch input. Ridiculous.
