Terrible dating pool, non-existent customer service - and I already tried reaching out to their customer service to inquire about cancellation and refund and they basically told me "oh well".

While the questions and prompts are good, the fact that you have to pay to do anything is frustrating and despite setting a specific distance radius that's a deal breaker, they still show your profile to people outside your radius (like half way across the country). 80% of my likes and messages were from guys that didn't live anywhere near me. Why would you blatantly ignore a person's deal breaker?

They show you people that don't have an account. Before you pay, there are tons of people, you start your membership, you go through everyone the first day. Within hours. Some people you "like" you can message, some you can't. It's a scam way to get people to sign up. Not worth it.

My app stopped working since 0100 this morning 5/8/2024. Then again yesterday. Now today. I have a subscription and I've been having some good connections please help me get back to them. Also I can't chat with my highlights why Is that? Also why don't I have unlimited super likes I have the package that's supposed to have everything. If that's not the case I would like to be refunded back to my original payment for the time I didn't use.

Buyer Beware! Match blocked and deleted my account and my new subscription with no reason at all. I did not violate there guidelines. I'm a ordained minister. This is discrimination at it's finest. I tried repeatedly to rectify and each time they refused to give me a specific reason to why they blocked and deleted my account. I hardly spoke to anyone on this site. They "will" stop your account anytime they please with no just cause. I'm on other dating sites and I never experienced this before.
