Ads too long and bonuses too difficult to achieve!!!
I really used to enjoy the game and didn't mind paying £5.99 to stop ads but the ads just seem to get longer all the time. I realised recently that watching a long video to claim bonus prizes is a wast of time - you only get 5 more coins and one more booster snowflake or light bulb. To make it even worse, the game makes it nearly impossible to land on 5x or 9x ! ! I used to get those every game but not any more!! You're ruining this one enjoyable game!!!!!

Certain ads make it impossible to play this game.
I've loved this game for a couple of years and would have rated it 5 star until a few weeks ago. I never even minded the ads, even though they've been getting more frequent and longer duration. But now there is a particular add that is persistent and gives me no way to close it no matter how long I wait. The only way to get rid of it is to re-boot my phone only for it to come back after a couple of other ads that behave properly and close after an appropriate interval. The problem ad is titled “Fun Fortress” and has “H5 - Game Hub” within the landing page. I have an iPhone 12 Pro running IOS 17.4.1 If you don't get rid of this ad or get the advertiser to fix this bug i can no longer play your game. Just another point that might be relevant is that I get the identical ad on other apps too but yours is the only one that has this problem.

The Game itself is Fabulous, the reason for the low rating is once you download the app, after every game or every other game I'd get a ad to download another match game…I basically had to delete the game off my phone and reinstall it again to get out of downloading another match game. So I decided to purchase No Ads, hoping to stop the GAME ads from advertising after I'd play a game and the GAME ads still popped up afterward. I'm like this is ridiculous so I contacted support who didn't seem to grasp the situation nor did they solve the problem they just told me if I had a dispute or wanted a Refund to contact Apple….so now I'm saying if I'm going to still have the GAME Ads popping up and support can't fix it then I want a refund…because I paid $5.99 to stop Ads, & that included the GAME Ads that are still popping up after I play a game…I shouldn't have to delete the app to get out of the advertisement & reinstall the app again to play a game, that is ludicrous ….insane…the developers need to fix that in-purchase to stop Ads…because what they have IS NOT WORKING!!!!

I'll also be uninstalling it soon. On every game it hangs as soon as the Lovoo advertisement appears at the bottom... It's just annoying. Won't be able to open all day today???

Too many ads
I downloaded this game because it was listed when I typed in “no ads games for seniors” only to find that is not the case and I was inundated with ads to the point where I had to delete the game. I was pleased with the game itself.

I love this game but every so often the icons stick and will not move. Very, very frustrating. Is this a glitch or a deliberate part of the game. It goes on throughout the whole game. Very annoying.

The game is great, but 4 ads within a level? They get over it, it hurts the truth because the game is so good
