Doesn't work for me. I'm logged in to the app, but I can't activate coupons. No login possible in the browser. Newly logged in to the app without further ado. According to mails, at least the Friends discount would be active, but according to the fressnapf system (cash register) there is no such thing as my customer card. Been twice now and I've lost a discount and coupons again.

Unfortunately, the shopping cart has not been loading for over a week and an error occurs. So you can't order anything that makes the app useless. Please fix it and make sure in the future that such basic functions of an app work.

When it comes to the Benek store and litter, I highly recommend it. On the other hand, a courier company that delivers goods (or a courier who has my area) is a real failure. Very rude, perpetually has a problem with such heavy shipments will not carry and the customer has to "get it himself"

I have been very satisfied with the Fressnapf app so far. Lately, the payment is not working. You get stuck in an endless loop. If I need more than 30 minutes, and the payment still doesn't work, I don't benefit from the better prices. I therefore ordered from another provider with slightly higher prices. There, the payment worked right away.
