Barely works, it's significantly more frustrating using this app than door dash. Id rather pay an extra $10 for door dash than be frustrated for 20 min ultimately ending in not being able to order

Let's be honest we only ate at Mcdonald's because it's cheap and easy, not because it's delicious. Because of the 100% price increase and the same poor quality of food I don't plan on eating at Mcdonald's until things change

Order went to wrong location, wasted 30 min driving between locations and food was cold by the time I got home.

App constantly lags. Response time is horrible. Everytime I tap the deals and rewards button and choose the deal/reward I want, the app doesn't respond, and I have to select it again. Also, over and over and over again the app kicks me out of my chosen deal while I'm waiting in line to order and locks me out for 15 minutes so I can't use it when it's my turn to order. Your app is disappointing. McDonalds can do better!

Shouldnt allow you to purchase food and select pick up at counter when the doors are locked at 7pm. Then make you wait in the hour long drive thru to get your food at the 2nd window.. couldn't hand it through the firdt. Just have to make you wait longer

It has errors, I delete products, it does not load and puts the product back in the cart, it does not let me place a new order

30 minutes of wait and they gave my order to someone else. And while I was waiting on my order people walked in and went into the back to get themselves drinks by the drive-in window. No one around to wait. The kiosks were all down. And the App has literally 0 direction. I finally received a notification on it that my order had been picked up when I wasn't even there yet. This is the second time I've used the app and both times I've had similar issues. Don't use the app, just eat somewhere else.
