Zero customer service
If they mess up your order, send you the wrong item you're left in your own. They tell you to call DoorDash or Ubereats but I have no time for that and in the meantime I'm not eating my food and I'm starving at work. Not worth paying $25 for a breakfast at all.

Not sure what happened a week ago McDonalds removed 33.000 points when I watch it daily and it informed me I would be loosing points July 1 2024 have never seen or was informed about 33.000

The "Add to Order" button doesn't work when trying to use my rewards to redeem a coffee. Unable to use my rewards except for at the counter. Only dropping to 1 star to catch developers attention. The app is currently at 4-stars in my eyes.

Awesome when it doesn't freeze and get stuck on startup *Changing my rating to 2 stars because every few weeks, the app decides to go into Reterd Mode and just won't respond to any taps or actions. I tried force stopping and closing the app manually as well to no avail. Only remedy is a reinstall.
