Difficult
Ordered and chose to pick up at counter. Once I arrived they tried to send me through drive through. Showed them app and then they canceled my ordered and said didn't know what happened. Went to app and the ordered got canceled. Useless app

Inefficient
My kids love McDonald's so I'll get it for them. The app won't allow you to add cheese to a hamburger happy meal 🙄 I always have to ask them to add it in the drive thru then pay separate for the cheese.

For me, it's absolutely great when I'm on the road for a long time and can already order my menu. Unfortunately one star deduction after the pick-up menu disappears only after reinstallation. This should actually happen immediately after pickup, but is the first thing to show up after each order and cannot be removed. Only newly installed helps with this.

Constantly bouncing fries and confusingly designed content. Frequent crashes. App tries to load content when mobile data connection is disabled (instead of immediately displaying a message about the missing data connection). When you place a new order, you will be offered previously discounted offers again without the current (often much more expensive) sales price being displayed.

You need the app to get the great glass, but everywhere the glass was already out of stock. App is completely superfluous, only worthwhile for McDonald's itself to collect data
