I can't use my gifts in any way, I went with friends the other day, the code gave 👎 an error saying that it cannot be used

For months now, the app has not activated the offers for me and the support does not help. My device is in line with what the app requires. I see from the reviews that: 1. I'm not the only user with this problem. 2. McDonald's, who can't use the offers that I or others can't use the offers, doesn't give a damn. Maybe it's their greedy way of making more money by making fun of people.

Even though McDonald's gift certificates exist, it is a bit difficult to use the gift certificate when paying when using M orders. In this day and age, we support a variety of payment methods. Crying

Impossible to activate actions, because then you have to log in while you are already logged in. And scanning only makes sense for the points but not for those actions. Unnecessarily inconvenient.

Super clumsy, I wanted to save points on McDonalds I thought I'd download it, but then it says that my device is not compatible.. They have to make it do with all phones, and now I just can't save any points.

Redeeming of voucher was really hard and hassle. It takes time to load and always saying to try again. Poor service
