New recipe is awful compared to the old one. The bun is like a brioche and is sweet and the overall size and content is smaller in comparison. Poor

Wrong order
Had a couple of orders wrong a while ago. The order we received was far from what we ordered and would of cost far less. Complained and never heard nothing.

Cannot redeem reward point!
The point of earning reward points on the app it to be able to redeem them on the app but this feature hasn't worked for a long time now and still hasn't been fixed!!

Customer service is terrible!
Be careful when using it has a tendency to attach last order to current this has happened to me several times and even despite double checking has happened again. In store they refuse to help saying it's my fault and can't help with app issues. The customer service on app is none existent and the virtual assistant has issue where you cannot send any text. Don't expect any issues to get resolved. I like the app but with these issues I've stopped using now.

Stalking app
The app tracks your location 100% of the time unless you force close it. I understand knowing my location whilst placing an order but you should not have to force close a McDonald's app to stop it from tracking you during the day all day

the app is great however i notice that because you order on app you are not prioritised the idea is to improve flow , people walk in and receive these first and sometimes albeit rarely you have to go to the counter to ask usually when that happens it's served cold so again you go up to counter . often there's no sugars sauces or indeed serviettes .
