the concept of md live is great...but the app REALLY needs a dark mode option. kinda hard to get an appt when I have a migraine triggered by bright light and the app automatically triggers it and makes it so I can't read the screen to make the appointment. nor can I drive anywhere to see someone for the same reason...

Absolutely infuriating to try to make a wellness screening appointment on this app. Only shows appointments for labs same day of, can't look at any dates in the future, and I can't move past the labs to make an actual appointment with primary care. Opposite of ease of access.

Continual Problems with Booking and Confirming Appts
You can use this app for voice calling only if you already booked and confirmed an appointment through the online portal, but the app itself has never let me confirm an appointment. It always says something is missing despite me filling everything in (and backing out and try again, with everything individual filled in). It's just not worth it. Might as well just use the online portal only, which is annoying itself but at least it consistently works.

WORST CARE EVER
First of all, my doctor HUNG UP ON ME. while i was talking. So I've had cold symptoms that my household has passed around for about two weeks, I'm the last one to catch whatever it is, but everyone else took amoxicillin and immediately started improving. I told my doctor this and she refused to listen, saying my symptoms were 'viral'. She then prescribed me two over the counter medications I've already bought and been taking for three days, with no signs of improvement. The third and final prescription was a random nausea medication that counteracts fatally with my anxiety medication, and if I didn't already know this and took the medication, there's a large chance I could've had a fatal heart attack from that medication. I told support this and not only did they refuse to give me a different appointment with a different doctor, they gaslit me, literally saying 'she's a professional, you being unhappy with her care is your problem'. Help desk refused to let me speak with a supervisor, saying basically all I could do was wait a few days and make another appointment or go to the emergency room. WORST APPOINTMENT IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. the entirety of the call lasted just under 4 minutes. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

I installed this app and literally touched the wrong part of the screen which happened to be the part where it asked about insurance. Now the app won't let me add insurance and wants to charge me $87 per televisit with no further in-app option to add insurance? I messaged support who told me to call the help line, when i call all it is is a scam trying to sign me up for a medical alert device. They say they will transfer my call and hang up on me each time. Don't use this app.
