Unable to add the wallbox to the app despite attempts on another Mercedes wallbox or another phone. I have already tried contacting support via the app as suggested. They called me and asked for the serial number, but the issue has not been resolved for a week now.

App overall is good but it logs me out quite a lot as I don't use it much.

The fuel prices should be visible in the navigation system when searching for a petrol station. This is possible at VW

Why is an app replaced if the successor does not (yet) have the functionalities of the "old" app? A new app only makes sense if it contains additional (!) functions to all previously existing functions. After 2 weeks, the old functionalities are back in the new app. At the very end came the average consumption. E-car: I'm not really interested in the charge level in % or a (wrong) range. I'm only interested in the kWh in the battery.

Keeps asking me to login again (almost daily) although I have biometric ID and pin activated. It's pretty much useless now that the services expired.

"Adapt" is still missing!
Since the app got the new user interface, the "customize" function of the home page has been missing, as advertised by Mercedes. Thus, the app is extremely cumbersome. The main thing is to introduce widgets that work just as badly instead of making the app itself functional. My last recession was deleted after I had a very unprofessional phone call with support a few weeks ago. Why? The fact is, Mercedes probably doesn't attach any importance to designing the app the way the users here want... What a pity!

spelling mistakes (Stacie instead of Stations). Problems with saving the charging profile data - despite confirming the operation the next time you open the application, the plan is in default settings. A manufacturer of this class is a bit weak.
