Locked out
I keep being locked out. The people who work at Bancobpopular are not tech savvy, so they are angry with me when I try to get them to fix the problem. Banco popular needs a full time tech person.

All of the suden my Samsung galaxy S10+ is no longer compatible with this ATH movil app, forcing me to buy another phone with a 2 year contract with the effing phone company which I was about to leave. Thank you, you do know how to promote consumeris. I had my phone for the last 6 years and I was absoluptly comform with it. Why? Just explain why?

Literally useless
You log into the app to go to a desktop version that doesn't work on the phone. This app is completely useless.

Using a Samsung Galaxy android phone, been trying to use easy deposit but the last step of send deposit doesn't work, I tap it and nothing happens, checked connection and its not that, restarted phone and it still the same, please fix... (Everything else works, its just that part that doesn't)
