I'm terrible in the headline and it doesn't reflect the lines I have. And on top of that, in order to have the phone lines, you must ask permission from the other person. Seriously, I'm paying for it.

A lot of information is missing, such as tfn lock, GB sharing, and it cannot be installed on other lines as it is from the same DNI. You also can't see the calls you've made. I came from Lowi and the truth is that it is super complete. What is two-factor authentication?

I want to register in the App asking for my cell phone, I put it in and it says it's not Digi. I put my mother's cell phone, which is the Owner, and she also tells me that it's not Digi's. I've tried a thousand times and the same thing. What kind of app does Digi have? In the Jazztel App, I registered, without being the Owner since she is my mother and does not understand the poor and no problem.

I signed up for digi a week ago and did it for 30 GB. I don't arrive at 2 GB and they tell me that I have already spent at normal speed. I wanted to contact digi so that they could explain it to me and it has to be in the morning.

•       Consultar tus facturas, el importe y la fecha en que se efectúan los pagos.

•       Cambiar tu producto de fibra o pasarte a Fibra SMART cuando esté disponible en tu zona.

Si eres cliente de contrato puedes:
•       Consultar los gigas consumidos y acumulados.
•       Cambiar tus productos de móvil o contratar Fibra.
•       Configurar servicios como el buzón de voz o el aviso de llamadas perdidas.
•       Agrupar todos tus contratos.
 
Si eres cliente de prepago puedes:
•       Consultar tu saldo, traspasarlo a otra línea o solicitar un anticipo de saldo.
