I received an email about a free voucher for a Pathé Thuis film that I can 'easily' request in the MyKPN app. It's just not anywhere in the app. It's on-is-on action so it has to be fast but can't request anything in terms of code in the app. What's next?

Worthless app
Why can't the app turn on and off the blockades such as blocking 0900 numbers! For that, you have to call customer service! Ridiculous! Check the boxes in the app that you can arrange this yourself!

Sometimes 400mbps, but usually 20 or even nothing. If you promise good Wi-Fi, keep it would, not a minute every half hour. Worthless this.

I want to be able to set roaming charges to zero
A bit messy if you have multiple subscriptions (iphone/watch/ipad and wired internet + TV). It bothers me that you can't set the out-of-bundle cost limit per subscription from €60.50 to €0 directly in the app. Yes, you can do that with an SMS to 1266, but you can't send an SMS from an iPad. Within the EU, for example on ferries with Telenor, you are exposed to ridiculously high costs outside the EU bundle. You can spend that €60.50 in seconds if you forget to turn on airplane mode. And who wants to turn off roaming when you're within the EU?

It would be helpful to see the title or number of the episode as visible in the TV menu when recording. It would also be nice if the menu left off when you click back from a specific recording.

NO HELP FOR ENGLISH USERS
I purchased an E-Sim over five hours ago and have not received an email, nor have I been able to go anywhere to download it. I have been trying all day to get in contact with any type of customer service for this company, and none is available since I am outside of the Netherlands. The only “help” they have is an AI bot that does not help you if you do not speak Dutch, or do not have a Netherlands phone number. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY'S E-SIM WHEN TRAVELING.

Monkey company pay late once and you are thrown into a stunlock of paying more every month (already 3 times debited on the wrong date, called about it, still not done properly oh yes, not to forget that there are also 40€ collection costs on top of it and if you call them out on it, it is yes we can't do anything with it, just nasty scammers)
