This app sucks. "Oops, try again" I've seen 100 times after endlessly uninstalling and re-downloading the app so that advice from you to another user doesn't make sense.

I have had 2 mail addresses ending in casema.nl for years due to a mistake of my own, these were deleted after a lot of calling, it is just said that they cannot be retrieved! This is very customer unfriendly because it should be doable for you.

If you want to cancel, you suddenly can't get a connection to Ziggo. Very silly of Ziggo. Then cancel in a different way.

Mechanic does not come to the appointment.
Yesterday morning, the mechanic did not come to the appointment. Called three times and they let him know he would come but didn't come. I called customer service about this in the evening and when I would be put through for the third time, my request was that I would be called back about this. After that, I didn't call back. I'm really bummed out here, especially because I don't feel like I'm being taken seriously. Kept the agenda free and called several times (monthly bell too good through it). If you transfer a pretty nice amount every month and have been for years, you can also expect something. Sorry I am very dissatisfied with this. Best regards, Arjan Zwiers / Mrs. Fox

Customer service at ziggo is a disaster. If you have asked a question via messaging service, you will be asked to call. Done, but lady doesn't want to help me because my contract ends in July this year. So negotiating now about whether or not to stay at Ziggo is not possible. In short, I only have 1 choice. Go to competition who don't wait or my contract doesn't expire until July. What a level. I'll hear if they're going to call me. 4133 GX house number 114. Find out ZIGGO.
