Deprecated from this app , I opened my account, I made the transfer because they said that in a few minutes I could withdraw my money and the minutes passed and they disabled my account and supposedly in 10 days they refund my money, I try to enter the app and it comes out that I cannot enter, I try to register again and I get that there is already an account with my email

Where is the money?
I raised the query about the payment but it's been a whole day, not even a single response from any of your executive. This is unacceptable for a company dealing in money! Very bad services! Core as well as customer service!

A bad rating doesn't do this justice! Tried to send money. Was told the money was available for pickup. The person I was sending the money to was told it was unavailable yet the money was already taken from my account. They cancelled my account for "security" reasons that they couldn't explain. Whatever sense that makes. Money is still not back in my account and they say it may take 10 business days. Nothing would please me more than to see these crooks lined up and hit with a truck!!!!

Close/exit app, log back in EVERY TIME. "Moneygram error" "please enter a valid account number"... Trash azz app! And so is the website for not letting me log in.

Very bad app. It doesn't let you make any transaction, and when you try to use the chat they make you wait and never answer you, they call you and hang up without attending you, the chat closes when it's about to be your turn to be attended, very bad employees who are only going to show up to warm chairs without attending to anyone.

Frustrating transaction was completed but I had the information saved from a previous one but still had to type everything in what's the point of saving the information if it doesn't auto fill?

I opened this app for the first time, and frankly I'm disappointed. It's frustrating, because they weren't even able to let me use my bank account and I've been using MoneyGram's services for years, making transactions in person, paying in cash and suddenly the system blocked me for no reason and when I asked why? I didn't get a reply.
