Customer service ruined the game for me. Response was oh sorry tycoon you spend 100s of dollars oh well I'm not doing anything for you. I'll change my rate when they make it right till then it sits at 1 star. I'd put zero stars if it was an option

This game should not take 200 dice at one time, especially if you win the multiplier... It's not fair.. they want our money to play a stupid game!! Just another way to legally Rob you.. Don't spend your money on these stupid games

During the last event, they had a glitch. There was no fair compensation for the issue they could not fix. They could have made it right but chose not to.

If you're thinking of downloading don't do it! It's addictive and impossible to get far without paying to play. The glitches are horrible, the game shuts down constantly and customer service is a joke. If you get a response it is rarely anything helpful. Compensation, of there is any, is ridiculous. And as others are complaining about - the pop-ups every time you open the game, or run out of dice is annoying. Especially when it shuts down over and over and you have to close out of 3-4 of them.

It was my favorite game but after today I confess that I'm disappointed. In the game there are some tournaments that gte dedicates itself to and uses a lot of data to be able to win and this partners' tournament is bugged. Giving an error and the game assistance doesn't solve it, I lost data and played for nothing, so I give it a star

For being a free game it's very super !! When something goes wrong they send you compensation!! Detail that others have a hard time doing for their followers.. Interesting rewards from the point of view as an ambitious player!! They could upgrade the premium player with a pawn that grants bonuses and a nice shield that has a longer block, right now what there is nothing does different from any other even if you pay for more rolls and get said reward.

it's become too difficult to get 4 & 5 star stickers without paying for them. used to be more fun! really hope it gets back to the way it used to be. trying to get the same 6 stickers for over a month and all ya get are low end duplicates. do better
