I only need a reader/player for my own scores created on the PC. Apparently, unlike on a PC, you can't even open the app without creating a trial account, which automatically turns into a paid subscription after 7 days. However, this is only revealed to you after a multi-page questionnaire. I stopped immediately and deleted the app again. What a pity. The app should be marked in the Play Store as trialware or something.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company offered a free trial, then made it seem like you were declining the extra offers, but I got charged 39.99 the same day, for something I never Intended to sign up for. When dealing with the refund process they only refunded $30, so I still sent 9.99 on something I am not going to use, nor have any desire to use. Shady business practices like this need to stop across the board, and we as consumers need to be better at putting them on blast for it!

I find scores in search option that are clearly available in browser version. When I try and open a score in the app (from the browser) it asks me to download the app again and score disappears. Issues with lyrics being merged and illegible and transposing not working.

To warn others. I signed in to Musescore on 06.05.24, after carefully reviewing the terms under the 'continue' button for their 7-day trial. Despite unsubscribing within 10-15 minutes due to service doesn't meet my needs, I was still charged the annual fee on 07.05.24. Despite requesting a refund, they offered a 25% discount instead of returning the charged amount. The lack of response is concerning. Considering legal actions.

Be Careful With This Application!!! It's a SCAM!! They offer you a FREE subscription and after a few days they charge you US$ 69 (US Dollars)!! When you complain to them, they tell you that due to company policy they cannot refund your money. BE CAREFUL, DON'T BE SCAMMED!! HOW I WAS SCAMMED.

And of course..... you do a trial, and they "automatically" hit you for a charge instead of telling you your trial is ending and asking if you want to continue. Such abuse. Then they hit you with "your account isn't eligible for a refund" as soon as it processes. It's always set up to make that money at our expense. Go figure. Why am I not surprised. What a joke. 0 stars wasn't an option, so I gave it 1 more than it deserves. I never even downloaded the app for the trial I set due to work.
