Unusable
Unfortunately, the app is unusable. Blank screen on My Account, took a few minutes for the log in screen to appear. I signed in and tried to scan some books. Scanned one book then got the spinning circle then the app closed. It had also logged me out, had removed the one book I'd scanned so I tried all over again and the same thing happened. Tried contacting support, they misunderstood my problem thinking I was trying to buy something even though I explained I was trying to scan books to sell. Haven't heard back.

Thought I'd try them again after trying several years ago when they repeatedly failed to pick up the parcel. Much easier this time. I scanned 10 DVD arcades and it rejected 8 of them. App was on my phone for a total of 3 minutes before being uninstalled.

App is rubbish
Keeps asking me to log in. Doesn't give me any dates to select when choosing Evri for collection. Barcode scanner is rubbish compared with other similar apps (e.g. We Buy Books). The ‘print additional label' button doesn't work. Complete amateurish rubbish.

Barcode scanner next to unfit for purpose, especially compared to ziffit and webuybooks apps. Only picked up roughly 1 in every 4 book bar codes I tried to scan.

First time I used this app, it was fine. then have tried using it on numerous occasions but it refused to work at all or scan items, plus it kept crashing and wiping itself, which is not helpful at all when trying to sell stuff. deleting and reinstalling the app made no difference. other similar apps work without issue
