There are bad applications, but this one is perverse, I've been trying to get in for almost 30 minutes and it only dies error 404, you press it and you just say "sorry" and when you call the waiting time for an advisor is ridiculous 40 minutes; What used to work is no longer useful. I no longer recommend this operator a total disgrace.

Glitches galore, circles of non-loading hell, vauge notices of compromised data on dark web, billed mystery internet accts at other locations with that locations address listed to make confrontations easier. I now know where to have in depth discussions about theft of good & services since the Experion credit monitoring was not discussed after requesting more ino. I will do it myself In a neighborholy, mild manner, from across the street, barrel facing down but with extended clips present way

Long before all the technical advances, the customer could personally/easily change the number of rings before voicemail BUT no longer, which is ridiculous......AT&T, we're almost 50% thru 2024 & the NO advice available on myAT&T plus on Goggle, the 2021 info is outdated = WRONG = PATHETIC!!!

The software in this thing is a steaming heap, the prepaid idea is nice, but they totally screw it up. I just spent an hour on the phone with three support people and none of them could get things straightened around. As a retired computer professional I highly recommend that you avoid this POS if you're using Android.

Your autopay instruction SUCK!! I have tried for bours to convert from a credit card to my bank account. Ihave been on line with ATT rep Paul for 20 minutes now. No solution. NOT GOOD!! for this new ATT customer.
