App will not let me choose my local store, could not log into PayPal to even pay to have it shipped.

Update didn't help; once again I'm unable to complete a purchase. I'm 99% feeling like deleting the app because I just can't take the frustration anymore. I literally can only go on this app when I'm calm and have hours to try to spend $. I'm over it.
