Face ID doesn’t work
This app is okay at best. It does the trick but it's overall not very user-friendly. It's pretty annoying having to type my password every time to login. Apparently the Face ID profile setting doesn't actually work? It just makes you log out and log back into with your password…

Chat no longer works
Used to be a great app with fast customer service. Chat hasn't worked for months so l have to call. Last agent by phone was not great at dealing with issues.

All I'm seeing is the opening screen
It would be great if I could actually get into the app instead of just seeing Cigna on my screen. I can't even use the website because it does the same thing.

Discrepancy at doctor appt today. Tried to open Cigna app to show my correct benefits but it would not send email to authenticate. Finally able to open the app after I left appt but messaging doesn't work. Estimating costs doesn't work. Very disappointing.
