We give so much money, make a proper application now. It keeps failing. The only recommendation of customer service is to delete and reinstall. I will have to return my product if it goes like this

I'd love to get app notifications for when my purifier (with Continuous monitoring on) measures the air quality go above the AUTO TARGET. Then I would actually know to turn it on (I'd rather not leave it on all the time). 5 star app if you can make that happen, developers!

Poor connection to device.
My air purifier is less than 2 weeks old and already it loses connection to the app very often. Hopefully there will be an update for this soon. Because I expected more from a Dyson, a brand that pretends to be the best.

literally doesnt work at all. cannot connect to my dyson purecool. it worked initially when i first purchased the fan, but after changing my home wifi, the fan disconnected from the wifi, and i was instructed to reset the machine and forget the machine from the app. now it just will not connect at all. cant be detected even after entering the serial number.
