I love the feature within the app that makes shopping easier but noticed a fre issues. One was that some of the items I had on my shopping list aren't there when I go to store and only remember walking past an issue or once I am home. Another was that not all the coupons I clipped were taken but I did buy the correct item, and the meal deal has not worked at all the last two times for me.

Hate new changes
I have been using this app for years. It was so handy to just add things to my cart as I thought of them through the day. I open it today and now when I search for something I get a single file line of items I have to scroll through forever to find anything. I used to be able to to see multiple items on the screen at once that made it easy to compare prices which is so important as grocery costs continue to rise. I didn't mind paying the up charge for convenience but you have now taken away the convenience. It will take me just as long to find anything scrolling as it would walking up and down the isles. Please change the view back to multiple rows of items. I don't want to shop in the store.

I put in a curbside order for 5 pm, my friend went to pick it up for me, they told him wrong store, and the order number is from March. He got on the bus and went across town and that store told him wrong store mesnwhilehecslled told me what's going on . I tried to call curbside numerous times Finally y to speak w manager .then he got there a few minutes after 9. Come on I would have been there picked it up cooked dinner and ate all this before 9pm. It was your fault, and we got turned away

App crashes a lot, has errors, doesn't add or delete items and can't process a coupon frequently. When the app works its great, but has a ton of bugs that updates don't fix.

Have the tip options where you can't accidentally skip it; it's all the way down at the bottom of the order list and not integrated with the payment confirmation. Or at least allow us to go back and increase the amount.

Forces you to save card
Tried setting up and order my grandmothers groceries. Forcing me to attempt to save a card but the app would not save the card. I don't like to save my cards on these apps and they force you to save it.

Substitution process
It is beyond frustrating for families of my size who put in a very long grocery order for curbside, to get notified that there were substitutions made but there is nothing marked specifically for when they give you LESS of an item you ordered . It is the straw that breaks the camels back when I plan my families meals out but when it comes time to make them now I'm shorthanded because I was notified of a substitution but I'm left to GUESS out of the MANY things on my list WHICH one it is in the moment and in the end after paying SO much extra for curbside or delivery, have to make the freakin trip inside the store anyways and find the item that supposedly wasn't there before
