This app is bad
This has to be the worse app i've used in a while. Its says it was just updated last month. Well im guessing that when its updated it loses my sign in username and password. By the time i finallyclear it up so i may access anything im so aggravated i dont even care to continue on what i began looking for or i have forgotten what i was in for to begin with. So i give it a thumbs down most definitely.

This app refuses to update my email address!! It tells me to try again later. When I do I get the same sames message as I sa I did before: Cannot update your email at this th thease try again later. Your app stinks.

Should be no star. App is as worthless as the Humana company. Employees don't return calls to help find providers, don't provide accurate information. Complaint filed with Medicare.gov Humana refused to provide directory of providers, refused to provide information on my plan, and do respond to written complaints as required. Terrible app and company only wants to make money not provide healthcare.

This app just doesn't work. It always tells me that the image of my card is not available and that a list dental providers is also not available. If this doesn't get fixed I will cancel my insurance and go with another company. There is lots of competition.
