Every since they merged with t mobile I have been getting stange calls telemarketers people trying to scam me for medical stuff and it all started when they merged I have changed my number and they still call I truly believe t mobile is selling my information if this is happening to u please find me on Facebook so we can talk about it discus what to do

I need my payment invoice. I entered the App and clicked on download and it didn't. Now the times I try to get in, it sends me to calls. 🤷

It's very bad, it tells me to update and I do it and nothing. More than 1 month without being able to use it

This carrier has taken away our rights to exit ads by tapping the X to close the ad. One thing for certain, two things for sure, showing pop-up ads incessantly does not make me want to purchase the product being advertised. In fact, it has the complete opposite effect. MetroPCS and other cell phone service providers are showing us that they don't value our opinions, they just our money.

The app doesn't work - I open & it automatically closes - I uninstall & reinstall & it still doesn't work

No Experience,, this is Fake,, Confusing,, Not Helpful at All & Only Asking for Payments No Other Support or Human Custom Service Support To Speak To?!.. Smh

My current active account is not recognized by my carrier. Therefore, I am inconveniently inable to make auto payments as I have in the past.

Why on earth would you have to disable wifi to use this app to the point it throttles your speed just enough so you cant use the app to pay the bill. Then when it fails it doesn't re-enable your wifi just so it burns your data. What kind of bs scam is this.

Cant uninstall this useless app that does literally nothing
