TERRIBLE
Bring back the old app. This new one is difficult to navigate, confusing and impossible to simply fjnd when the buses are arriving and where. Typical MTA - a complete mess.
Android

This app was so much better before they changed everything about it. It was perfect before. Now it's harder to simply just see what time a train arrives at a station. You used to able to look up your train and see what time it was going to arrive at your station.

Terrible update
Glitchy and difficult to load, especially in the subway when it is ideally used.

App ruined.
What used to be a relatively efficient way to check the subway arrival times has now been ruined. I will be in the station standing on a platform, and when I open the app and “nearby stops” auto opens, I have to scroll through multiple bus stops that I don't care about to find the subway station I am trying to find times for. Busses and trains should be separate, or at least, there should be a way to default filter for one or the other. Additionally, large train hubs have separate dots on the map for the lines at the same station. This makes it incredibly frustrating to find the train line you opened the app to look for when you may already literally be standing on the platform for the train. For example, the Times Sq station has dots for each line that runs through it, and it is unintuitive where to scroll on the map to find the line you are searching for, i.e. you may have found the dot for the 123 but want the dot for the NQRW. Overall, it takes far too many clicks to find the information that should be readily available.

New Version is Terrible
This app used to be excellent - simple, clean, easy to access information on transit. Someone decided it needed a facelift but in doing so, they made it clunky and difficult to use. It's now less intuituve and takes longer to get to the same information that many commuters relied on. I just use the website which maintains a similar format to the old app. MTA: bring back the old version, this one is trash.

Horrible upgrade. Old app was better
This new upgrade is confusing & just takes too much work to get to an answer of 1.if a train is experiencing delays or not 2. If it's skipping stops 3. ETA . GLITCHES AND CUTS OUT! HORRIBLE

Worst upgrade from my Subway app. Slow, pretty, and annoying to use. Please bring back the old app, or give option to use older version. This app is trying too hard. Needs to be simple and fast.

Why did you stop tracking Westchester?
Before the update I was able to create a route to Westchester from the city and vice versa and the Bee-Line buses were being tracked. Now if I choose a destination outside of the city I am not provided with a route. Why was this feature taken away???

Unresponsive, takes forever to load the arrival time for trains (if it ever loads to start), complete waste of time and space.
