Don't bother - after downloading the app doesn't progress past the circle of doom. There's nothing more frustrating. Why have an app if you're just driving people back to the website?

Not user friendly to ask password
It's not user friendly to ask username and password without stay online or using Face ID. It will waste a lot of time to buy ticket when we forgot the password.

Log-in problems
App keeps logging me out & virtually impossible to log back in. I know I used the correct [name] & P/W because I signed in successfully online via laptop straight after.
