I use the hearing aids related to this app and have experienced over the last week the following: The app failed and subsequently reloaded with the following, The hearing aids had to be reconnected. The contact with the phone on music didn't work. The app froze and became unusable and had to be reloaded-yes I have avoided checking out the facilities in case it happens again. Not Impressed

The app is hardly usable at the moment! Keeps losing connection to the cell phone. Always sets a different program than what I set! I think I'll look around at another provider!

I paid over $5000 for a pair of Phonak hearing aids and all they can come up with is an app to control volume. The adjustment isn't even permanent.
