App doesn’t work
When trying to sign in on the app. I get a message stating password incorrect. When I go to website functionality works as it should. Developers get your feces consolidated. Quest has pretty decent customer service overall so that makes the app failure all the more glaring.

Waaay too much redundancy. Constantly filling out fields. Also, trying to find a way to put this on my home screen-seems simple, will keep searching.

Poor experience
App should take you to the login screen first and should be centered on your experience. To much information is on the entry page and you have to search to find the login every time. Really need to be able to compare prior blood panels as well. Quest is missing a big opportunity.

Scheduled appointment vanished
Scheduled an appointment 6 months ago. On day of, didn't show in the app. Had to reschedule. Sorry results.

Set up time. Had to wait two hours. I are told they are behind. Some others checked in and did not should they were. Need a better way of getting people in.
