Freezes when searching fuel prices
I downloaded this app to compare fuel prices and it's so glitchy it's impossible to use. It pretends to load for a couple of moments and then just freezes on a blank white screen with no option but to shut down the app completely. It occasionally works if the search radius is only 2 miles but anything beyond that seems impossible for it to comprehend.

Doesn't work. I downloaded the app from the email RAC sent after my breakdown. Entered my name, postcode and reg no and all recognized. Set up a password according to the security settings and went to log in. It doesn't recognize my login. Tried several times says incorrect login details. Tried password reset just in case on the chance i entered it wrong (I didn't because I wrote it down as I did it). Password reset never reached my inbox. This is only a review of the app not the service.

Purchased 4 year extended warranty but trying to look for my cover and log on its saying I don't have a policy even though I've paid, I need to know if I have full breakdown with policy ????

10 mile fuel search not working
The fuel price search for a 10 mile radius has stopped working, all that shows is a blank white screen and then the app has to be closed. 2 and 5 mile searches seem to be ok.

I only need access to this site a few times per year, but every time there is a problem, wrong email, or account locked etc. or blue circling despite good connections for other sites. Telephone assistance is just to cancel the account and create a new one in a few days- really!? Also when I do get email reminders, they often relate to out of date situations e.g. a vehicle that has been transferred years earlier. I have been an RAC member for decades, but find this app tiring to say the least.

Membership data fails to load in app. Breakdown reporting feature is MAD. Although logged in, the app requires you to re-enter details "exactly as they appear on your policy document". Crazy..... shouldn't even be a need to re-enter any of these details if you're a logged-in member!! App needs a complete overhaul.

Useless
I have downloaded the app and have found it to be useless as it says my details have not been recognised every time I enter my name, postcode and car registration in the log in process ! For weeks I have been try to obtain the vehicle report for a breakdown problem which the RAC attended in March. To date (3rd May) I have had no success. I have full breakdown assistance which I pay over £90 annually for and which I have had for over 10 years, bought through my Aviva Car Insurance policy. The app does not recognise my details so I cannot access the breakdown report. I have been e-mailing RAC Customer Care asking for this report for weeks and all I have received from them after 6 weeks is an email confirming my car registration - which I can see myself if I look out of the window at my car in the driveway !

Sat at side of the motorway in the pouring rain trying to remember my login so that I can arrange a rescue so in a position of danger for longer. Afterwards, unable to find the rescue report, despite following the instructions to go into My Account then Documents, so that I can show it to my garage. The chap roadside was fantastic though. Thank you Mathew.
