New UI Broke Device Management
I loved the old UI because it had a simple landing page that would direct you to your bill, and I had no issue accessing any and all features once I was accustomed to the layout. This new setup, however, directly lands me with “how to spend more money” advertisements about other Spectrum services. The last time I tried to cancel a service, it was done incorrectly and I was upcharged for YOUR failure. The last thing I want is to see more “please buy more of our stuff UwU 🥹” it's insulting at best. Now, I'm forced to access the config for device management from my desktop exclusively (presuming that still works), which is wholly unnecessary whenever you had a functioning system. C'mon, I was so excited for you guys to get your own business started with reliable connectivity, and you allowed yourselves to be bought out and ran by your opulent overlords at AT&T. Again.

Would be a decent app, if it worked more times than it didn't. It's miserably slow when it does work and is CONSTANTLY signing me out of the account. Stop forcing people to sign back in all the time! It's insanely annoying

Spectrum is a scam. I live in Florida and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Without my consent, a Spectrum salesperson has brought the equipment to my doorstep and since March we have been charged without having activated the service or having a plan installed. They don't protect when consuming and make such disgusting excuses as: "That's life." They have no work ethic and abuse the consumer even if you have not given your consent and your identity has been stolen.
