So many issues
First, they closed one of my accounts not because I was late with a payment or money, but because I tried to make extra payments and then subsequently there was a problem with it, and the payment didn't go through so they close the account. Now I make payments almost weekly to my accounts, but then there's times you can't even get into the app and there's no way you can go around it to try to fix it so you just find a phone number for that particular card and hope you can get one and make a payment over the phone because if you don't, you'll be late and then they'll close that account too. Those are two main problems among others.

App is garbage
The app is garbage. I'm the year I have had it it only allowed me to log in ONCE. The rest of the time it fails out and says I don't exist. If you use their accounts don't use the app to pay them. It won't let you in.

App used to have no issue and now I can't open my account. After signing in it prompts an error that it can't complete my request. Website still works but I'd much rather use the app.
