Slow app
Not sure if it's the app design or backend server, Telus app is slowest app among all cellphone carrier. It takes 30 to 40 seconds to load the app then another 20 to 30 seconds to get any account info. There were times when it took 5 to 10 minutes to just load the app.

Technically I'm not rating the Ap but the in store customer service me and my Mum reciecved today at their in store location. It was AWFUL. The guys was rude, dismisive and arrogant. I took my Mum propmtly from the store and went to Bell across the hall.

Very bad customer service via phone. Frost time I was on-call for one hour then was hanged up on. No call back. Then 2nd time I had to hang up after 35 minutes when they transferred me to customer retention but there was no ringtone and nobody answered. Totally different customer service experience since 2 years ago.

My dad complicates this app he's the admin but won't tell me exactly how much I o him for the bill and I'm one a basic user account he says one thing but my tellus app on my account says I o more that what he says I o
