App hasn't worked for a week. Call the 800 number and regardless when I try I get a message saying the office is closed. So... I guess thanks for the free car!!!

Terrible App
This app is never up to date and constantly under “maintenance” It's faster to open Safari, visit their website, login, go to finances, and then deal with car payments than it is to try to open this app!!

I cannot make only principle payment via app. I did try twice and they are all failed.

Issue with app saying car note says due!
They is a continuing issue of the app/ website saying i have a car note past due after i already paid it ! I call and explain i already paid and provide them proof there response is “ if the app says its due, that means u didnt pay it” i had to fax them copies of all my bank statements in December for this issue they fixed it by February now its may im having this same issue.
