Don't do it its garbage now they have a so called feature that blocks all transactions and you have to confirm back through a text message even for a small soda or whatever and it completely blocks online purchases so you can't make any purchases online dumbest "feature" I have ever heard of

No way to access money!!!
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST bank i have ever dealt with…. I lost my card and had money in the account and before I ordered a new card they didn't tell me I wouldn't be able to access my funds until the card came in. Then I went back and paid $24 to have it sent overnight and still did not receive it the following day! Every person I spoke to I could not understand them due to broken English!!!! Then they gave me a ups tracking number and I still can not get an update!!! I'm done I'm never sending a dime back to this bank they can go to he** I will continue to bank with a real bank!!!

This is the worst business on the planet! The customer no service members are rude. I was hung up on 4 times before 1 person finally assisted me. Avoid using this service at all cost!

Very buggy, slow, and does not consistently provide notifications of transactions made on my account, despite personalizing the settings. Checking my balance is almost always a headache, because the app doesn't work consistently on 4GLTE mobile data, which is a horrible inconvenience when you're on the move. I REALLY cannot express just how much I despise using this app; I only still use it because I'm tired of changing banks.... so, THIS is the garbage I'm stuck with! PLLLEEEEASE FIX THIS APP!

I wish it could be lower
Honestly everything was wonderful until the new update where you have to verify every single f.in transaction, I tried talking to the agents but the chat option kept kicking me out and every time it restart I had to reexplain my issue which was kinda hard to explain. I talked to the supervisor too but nobody can do anything about the issue, I also have to wait thirty days to use my card even tho they said my card still “active” I accidentally opt-out of the sms where I have to verify every transaction(not knowing about the update that it was a MUST) if it is a MUST VERIFY, why to even add the option to opt-out ? Now get this - wisely card was my only card I was able to use because I get paid later and, the reason I need to use wisely is for being able to get paid early(so I transferred my money there, needed to pay for food and gas to get home, and instead got humiliated at ten places just because my card kept declining. Now they said I could do it virtual payments or transfer virtually but my card still blocked!!! So I cannot even do that. As I am currently walking towards home like a dog and 21miles away from home plus no food in my stomach, upset writing this. I need to find another platform but wisely I ain't gonna use anymore. Such a terrible experience.

Borderline unusable, partnered with ingo and as such is entirely inconsistent for cashing checks, the app is buggy and runs on spaghetti code, wouldn't advise use if at all avoidable.
