Has annoying bug with the live scanner audio, the screen will often flip to "now playing" when it's still paused, makes it more difficult to synce. Been like this for 2 years

Kansas Race is starting scanner doesn’t work
Only use this one a week for the scanner feature. Great when it works. Should refund our money when it doesn't.

No technical support
I have a problem with the driver scanner being locked, on a second device. Tried using the help option to get help several times. But the email goes unanswered. App gives you no way to call anyone. I'm not happy about that.
