Two together Railcard
I have only been able to use railcard once. There should be the option of travelling alone included in the two together railcard. Does not make sense to have to apply for so many different railcards. One should suffice.

This app ought to permit the card to be added to the user's wallet. It is very annoying to have to open two apps to satisfy the conductor.

I renewed my railcard. I was sent a code. It wasn't obvious where to enter the renewal code in the railcard App. FYI you have to click on the + sign in the top right hand corner of the page. I'm not psychic so I've just spent 15 quite stressful minutes working that out!! I'm disabled & I believe a renewal should be as simple as possible. It wasn't! Did the developers roadtest the upgrade of the app with any disabled people? I'm left feeling angry & disappointed.

Trying to renew
Trying to renew my Senior Railcard but the app won't let me proceed beyond choosing length of new card. Need to renew urgently to book upcoming travel but cannot do this either in app or via website. Absolute rubbish

Randomly decides to remove the railcard.
Randomly decides to remove the railcard. Great when a guard is needing to see it on a train with little data coverage. Then to login does not recognise password and reset email does not get sent
