I want the data I am getting from this app, but don't have the smoothest flow interacting with this app and do not like my experience in that aspect. I wish this integrated with my Google calendar somehow even if you integrated with another big calendar system I'd switch calendars to have that feature. Oura Rings do not appeal to me and I cannot connect my 3rd party BT thermometer I already have, use another app to sync that, and manually input the data here to get your algorithm, data, and UI

Don’t recommend the thermometer
Thermometer constantly struggles to connect. Sometimes it takes me ten minutes to try to get the thing to connect. Only get this app if you have the watch or the ring, else don't waste your money on this “special” Bluetooth thermometer that only sometimes connects.

Unplanned pregnancy almost immediately and customer service totally devoid of compassion
Experience with the app itself and customer care was awful. My friend warned me that she fell pregnant with her now 2 year old child while using Natural Cycles but I was so keen to be off hormonal birth control that I ignored the warning. I became pregnant unexpectedly within two months of using the app. The termination process that followed was absolutely heartbreaking. Not long after the termination, I moved back to hormonal birth control and thought I'd successfully cancelled my subscription because it no longer showed in my Apple subscriptions. I was then auto billed for another year yesterday. I reached out to explain why I'd stopped using the app and that I thought I'd cancelled the subscription so could I be refunded (I've not used the app in 10 months and won't be using it again). Their reply can be boiled down to: sorry you got pregnant and want to cancel but there is a 7% chance of pregnancy with NC and we did send you one email about the renewal so this is actually covered in our terms and conditions and we won't issue a refund. Given they've sent me over 40 marketing emails in the past year and the email subject didn't include any mention of renewal or payment, I simply didn't see it. (Especially given I don't like opening their emails because I don't enjoy the reminder of what happened when I was using their app) Given the sensitivity of the topic their software is designed for, I'm absolutely shocked by that lack of compassion.

Disgusting pay-to-win app. Why did I have to put all my information and waste my time before realizing you are FORCING us to buy your product before we can use the app?! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I don't trust this app to work at all, you pay for a thermostat, test strips and a subscription only for the app to give you like 90% red days every month that constantly scoot over a day every day, if you want to get pregnant it's a guessing game and if you want proper intimacy you can hope for once a month if at all.

There is no way you can use it with oura ring does not work !!
I can't link it to my oura ring!! He tells me yes and when it comes to choosing the device he only gives me the option of the thermometer and the Apple Watch I bought the oura ring to be able to have this application !!

Good for period track - NG preggo setting
I used this app to get pregnant, it was awesome at tracking my period and has great information for understanding my body. However, I noticed once you change to the preggo setting, it is very confusing and has little information. I found free apps were better to use. I will consider getting this app again in the future to help track my period.

Should've read the reviews first. While it sounds like a great concept, not a fan of the costs and you have to create an account before it even gets to the subscription part. That would've been nice to see first before I wasted my time. It gave off the impression that maybe it would be free to an extent and certain extras may require a subscription, honestly I would've preferred that.

Natural Cycles is more than just a birth control app, the app Natural Cycles also helps users who are trying to conceive with natural family planning.. Natural Cycles can help you plan a pregnancy by tracking your basal body temperature to predict ovulation and tell you when you are most fertile. As you continue to enter your temperature, our algorithm will understand your cycle better and can predict ovulation to tell when you are most fertile.

Measure your body temperature with a basal thermometer and add your data.
Natural Cycles works by users taking their basal body temperature each morning and then adding your data into our app to help us analyze your menstrual calendar. Your temperature changes during your cycle are significant in predicting your fertile window. A basal thermometer is included with our annual subscription or can be bought as an add-on to our monthly subscription.

The app supports syncing with Apple Health.
