Completely broken for android, full of bugs, not helpful error messages, chat function broken, no progress saved, unclear text = I have created an account when I need to activate one I'm a Web developer and I would never ship anything like this out

Terrible app. Does not work in the 'Sainsbury's Local' store and gives you offers on things you bought a couple of days before to make sure you don't buy anything at a reduced price unless you overstock your cupboards!!

Sainsbury nectar card registration.
When register the card on line after my email verification, the system didn't proceed with the registration process and remains on the same page so I contact the customer service on line but they ask for my personal information via telephone in order to continue with my registration with a nectar card. At first they asked for my full name and date of birth. Afterwards they asked for my personal address. Then I feel insecure why I cannot continue the nectar card registration on line but instead of to open and provide with all my personal information via customer chat on line? How can I trust them ???? I think after I provide with my address, they will ask for my mobile number…..and do on. Don't you think the registration of my personal information via the chats to give them is safe????? Why I can't register myself on line with the app and no need for the help of 3rd party. To play safe, I don't provide my information further. How can I trust to provide my information to a 3rd party via chat????? It is very ridiculous !!!!!

Can’t log in
App used to work but a month or so ago it logged me out and now I cannot log back in. It just comes up with ‘something went wrong' and the log in box is greyed out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked for updates and changed my password but I still cannot log in.

Doesn't work anymore. It signed me out and now when I sign back in it tells me "sorry, something failed" keep missing out on bonus points after I shop!

using the browser didn't work - it stopped at the 'continue' point after setting password etc. The app needs to prompt you to choose how many stars, otherwise it won't accept it
