Not bad but paying is a pain
The app is pretty accessible until you reach the checkout screen. There are loads of adverts and dagger symbols which can't be dismissed if you are visually impaired and using Voiceover. The different payment options are clearly labelled, but locating the actual pay button is a nightmare! Please, someone do some accessibility testing on this app!

Clothes great! Nice and good quality. Customer service also top. But the app is terrible! I get annoyed every time. individual. Sometimes. when I want to order something. Favorites are constantly deleted, I am always logged out, filtering works very badly, sold-out items are shown as available... It's just annoying. Very, very sad! Please improve!!

The website is so terrible, I assumed perhaps it was because they were putting all their resources into making the app brilliant, I couldn't be more wrong. It's just as terrible, it often doesn't save things to wishlist, doesn't do well when searching for specific things, always goes wrong at payment, so you have to go through checkout multiple times. there is also absolutely no point choosing a delivery day, it comes when it comes. Error message comes up every time the app is opened. The Worst.

It works terribly, resets from the account, zeroes the cart and then it is impossible to go back.

Would be nice to have the option to add multiple delivery addresses. Some items appear to be in stock, but are actually sold out.

App and website are equally frustrating to use. The app is extremely delayed with commands. Randomly shuts you out from paying. Doesn't update quickly. For a huge established company, the app and website are appalling! There's endless problems with the app. I've used several other retail company apps, and they've been fantastic and user friendly. NEXT app is always the dreaded app.
