I've tried multiple times now to get a shoe on release. Makes me wait 20 minutes to tell me I didn't get them. I use the app for the moment I release and there are shoes sold out already. They are not doing a good job at being “FAIR” could use some work forsure.

Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars here. In the draws of rather rare shoes, you NEVER have!!!! a chance. Strangely white, they always secure the same people. And all other shoes that are available here can be tried on and bought on site in any Footlocker. So I'm rather dissatisfied

Never get a draw win…refuse to pay 2x-5x on secondary market. Snkrs is happy to sell you items in stock which counts as a draw win in their book and the result is you never have a chance at T.Scott's or Kobe's all over again.

The app is really bad and frustrating as far as functionality is concerned. Both raffles and exclusive access are absurdly unfair. I've been using it for more than two years and I've never won a raffle or had early access, not even for products with low demand. You really have a much better chance of winning through other stores that don't have as much exclusivity. So if you have the same problems, try other platforms, I assure you that you will do better than this crap

I'm an Android user. I like sneakers and want to buy them, but there are too many users who are being resold, and I can't even buy them because I can't win the lottery and I can't even buy them. Please improve your company NIKE, including that area!

Nike does a horrible job of making products available on the app. Notifications come in late for this app or sometimes not at all. App restarts randomly. For such a big company to have such a sub-par app is insane.
