They are canceling tickets with no refund!
I have tons of paper tickets, which I bought because they were never set to expire. Now suddenly they're deciding to retro-actively expire them. It's ridiculous.

App is still dated; service is even worse
I've been driving njt for 7 years now and it's as terrible now as it was then. The app is still slow and non responsive. 10% of the time we cannot even activate tickets - their loss! The service is among the worst transits I've ever experienced, its more likely to be late than ever on time. These people should be fired with such a horrible record!

Depart Vision Stopped working.
Overall love the app. Use it all the time when I'm commuting to work. Unfortunately, Depart vision just decided to stop working and doesn't load anymore. Definitely need an update to fix that bug.
