It was great before the update ,now I can't even look through more than 10 or 15 items @ a time . You have to know specific things to look for or your never going to find anything. How am I supposed to shop ? please fix this problem

It's great at communicating when items on your wish list are back in stocks and/or have a price reduction. I only took away one star because the app doesn't have size charts.

Products Tend To Be Damaged
I've been ordering for years and returning for just as long. It's probably like 50% of the time. It's defeating. I still browse but I admit I try to find the product somewhere else. Most items I receive feel like they've been sent to me directly from the guy who returned them the first time because of damage. I kept the last damaged pair of shoes I received just to thanks for the memories.

Updated the app and there is a major lag when scrolling now. The preview photos load very slowly too, which is causing eyestrain quickly. Please fix it

Overall, great app. Sometimes, the reviews don't show up, and the Outfit Ideas section is terrible, hideous combinations that aren't in keeping with the Nordstrom brand.

Random address selection
Your app needs repair. It randomly chooses an address out of a person‘s address book and ships the order there when you're ordering I have screenshots. It looks like it's gonna come to me but yet when I get to the email, confirming my order it's being shipped elsewhere when I call not a single solitary person can fix this issue, it's very upsetting. It needs to be addressed. It's very fraudulent.

I trust Nordstrom. REGRETTABLY, our store in San Antonio was downgraded, so their inventory is smaller. I still shop Nordstrom but often go to the main online site to get more inventory. COVID really dinked their sales, so the store was downgraded. Don't blame them. Although San Antonio is the 7th largest city in US.
