Bad app. You NEVER win anything by scratching and losing. And 1 time when I got an offer that I had a small jar of Nutella to pick up in the store, I went there, but they didn't have any of those left, so I didn't. Still, it says that if it's sold out, you can contact the staff and they'll help you. But she was so damn rude and said that it was not possible to get something equal. So the coupon expired and I didn't get anything. Plus there is almost never any new news.

The only good thing about the app is that you can see their new products, you never win anything on their scratch, the last time I won something was in 2022 so two years ago.

Application is useless! Worst of all, they want customers to put in bank card information so they can access prizes, games/sweepstakes and invoices...

I don't understand why it's not in Spanish yet, and even if you put another language you can create an account because the prefix of spain (+34) to put a phone number doesn't even give you an option either. A shame!!

Unfair
I've just spent two months reading the news and I just got my prize, so I press in to read my prize, but then a timer starts and says that I have five minutes to redeem it, and then I just walk out of it and just plus it says that I've redeemed it, you have to change that, and if you can, I'd love to have it My prize back❤️
