Order bike tickets
A. Ridiculous price to take my bike from Doetinchem to Westervoort (28 km) for €7.50. Why not have a differentiated fare like a regular train ticket? B. Buying the tickets via my ns is apparently not possible or at least impossible for me to find. Google offers the solution, but it is not customer-friendly 😡😡😡😤

Unfortunate plan. If your plan changes due to circumstances, you will lose your money. My public transport pass is not used at all, so neither are the credits that are on it. My opinion is that this does not prevent the mentioned fraud (fare evasion) and it is only made more difficult and cumbersome for customers. This can and should be solved in a much simpler way.
